Phillip Harvey has successfully sold real estate since 1991, specialising in the Western Suburbs of Floreat, Wembley, Churchlands, Wembley Downs, Woodlands and Doubleview. Phillip specialises in marketing and Sale by Auction. He strives to provide a high level of service and an efficient sale process, providing a better result for the owner.
Director/Administration Manager
Debra Harvey joined Phillip in 2003 as a Sales Consultant and Personal Assistant. Currently Debra oversees the administration of property management and sales. Previously she was the owner operator of Freckles Children’s Wear for 5 years at the Floreat Forum.
Asset Management
Tori Jones is our Senior Property Manager and has worked in property management in the Western suburbs since 1993 and is highly regarded within the industry. Providing a high level of personal service specialising in upgrading properties to maximise the rental return for owners.
Helen Newton is a mature Property Manager who has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2007. She has a wealth of experience managing properties and tenants.
